Complaints

Montalto Medical Centre operates a complaints procedure agreed with the Department of Health Guidance in Relation to the Health and Social Care Complaint Procedure. [revised April 2019] This procedure will be used to address your concerns.

We will endeavour to respond to any complaints as quickly as possible and within a 10 day time frame. Your patience and understanding in this matter is appreciated.

If you wish to make a complaint, please speak to a member of staff in reception or write to the Practice Manager.
