Dear Patients

Montalto Medical Centre are putting in place the following precautionary measures in light of the Coronavirus.

If you are experiencing flu like symptoms eg cough, high temperature , or any respiratory problems please do not enter the surgery. Go home and ring the following number  02897562929 for advice.

PRESCRIPTIONS

Prescriptions can only be picked up from a pharmacy. If you have not already signed up for the Pharmacist to collect please contact the surgery asap. Prescriptions will only be processed when they are due.

Disabled Access

Access for disabled persons is through the Automatic door at the main entrance. All services provide are on ground floor level. There is a disabled toilet.
